An exciting opportunity has now come up for somebody to work as their new Sales Associate, who will generate leads, and expand their sales career!

The Role:
Working in a Director’s Team, this is an opportunity to get exposure into the top end of the Northern Beaches market. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation & Support for the Sales Team

Cold calling, Prospecting, Warm Calls – You will be given Leads

Database management

Relationship building

Ensure all necessary administration tasks are complete

Accurate diary management

Preparation of market proposals & pre listings kits

Coordination and placement of advertising and marketing material

Auction day preparation

Attendance at company auctions and assist with registration desks

Attending buyer appointments and open for inspections

Regular meetings and training sessions

Ad hoc tasks

The Candidate:

You MUST want a career in Real Estate sales

Ideally, you would have 6 months of experience working in a Sales role in Real Estate however we are open to ENTRY-LEVEL candidates 

A current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & reliable car is a MUST

Must be extremely professional, with excellent verbal & written communication skills

Must be immaculately presented

Must be able to show initiative and confidence, as well as have a hunger to succeed and grow!

MUST possess a can-do attitude
