About you:

• Experience in customer service roles 
• Ability to work 4-5 days Monday through Friday 
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• A positive and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to learn.
