Environmental Team Manager - Perth & Sydney

Title: Environmental Team Leader (Senior - Principal level) in Contaminated Land Consultant - Join a Leading, multidisciplinary engineering and construction firm.

Our client, one of the leading national, multidisciplinary consulting firms in Australia, is seeking an experienced and motivated Principal Contaminated Land Consultant to join their team. With over 15 offices across Australia, with main offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin, this role is seeking people in Perth and Sydney.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Environmental Science or related field
- At least 8 years' relevant experience within contaminated land management consulting ideally.
- Local Western Australia or New South Wales experience for respective roles is preferred.

Skills:
As part of your responsibilities as an environmental leader within contaminated site investigations, we expect that you will bring with yourself expertise on various aspects such as:

Business Development Skills:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities through lead generation identification via networking events/meetings/online sources etc.. This includes preparing proposals/presentations/bids/tenders when required by clients along with maintaining relationships built over time ensuring long-term growth potential remains intact..

Sector Knowledge & Experience :
With prior knowledge/experience working within Australian regulatory frameworks concerning environment protection legislation including understanding obligations under local council development approval conditions particularly those pertaining building construction approvals requirements across all States/Territories would aid greatly towards meeting targets set out ahead while also maximizing overall efficiency levels achieved throughout each project assigned!
