About the role

Our client is looking for an Environmental Technical Assistant to join their Perth team.

Position: Environmental Technical Assistant

Location: Perth

Duration: 12 months casual contract

Experience: 5-7 years in a Technical Assistant role OR a Junior Environment Engineer

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Technical writing and document formatting
• Data entry (spreadsheets) and correspondence logging
• Document control
• Support in the development of presentation materials (powerpoint)
• Capturing and generating minutes / actions arising from internal and external meetings
• Generation of formal correspondence (letters)
• Organisation and update of SharePoint site and documentation
• Invoice payments
