Our Civil Engineering team delivers a broad range of services across infrastructure projects, including site planning and development, earthworks, drainage and flood modelling, spatial data management, and digital terrain modelling. We collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, practical solutions to complex project challenges. With a strong portfolio of current work and a growing pipeline of future opportunities, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Civil Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects within multidisciplinary environments, supporting high-quality, compliant outcomes across the full project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
About You
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering and have approximately three to eight years’ experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within road and/or rail environments. Your experience will include areas such as bulk earthworks, site grading, surface water management, and earth structures. You have working knowledge of civil design tools such as OpenRoads, 12d Model, Civil 3D, DRAINS, CivilStorm, or CulvertMaster, and are comfortable contributing across both design and construction delivery phases. Familiarity with road authority standards. You bring strong personal safety standards, communicate effectively, and work well with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are known for your integrity, customer focus, innovative thinking, and strong work ethic, and you are committed to ongoing professional development.
