EOI - Data Centre Mission Critical Team - Multiple opportunities

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for experienced senior data centre professionals to join GHD’s growing Data Centres and Mission Critical team across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. This opportunity is suited to lead electrical, mechanical and multi-disciplinary engineers, technical leaders and industry specialists who want to work on complex digital infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, from energy generation, transmission, utilities and substations through to architecture, engineering, commissioning and operations. 

As investment in AI, high-performance computing and digital infrastructure accelerates globally, you’ll be part of an integrated global business that brings together advisory, energy, planning, architecture, engineering, sustainability, ICT, commissioning and operational readiness capability. 

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Supporting complex, stakeholder-rich and technically demanding digital infrastructure projects. 

• Collaborating with a growing international team delivering projects across APAC, the Middle East, North America and Europe. 

• Working across technical disciplines including energy, power and utilities, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, sustainability, ICT, security, commissioning and operational readiness. 

• Contributing to data centre and mission critical solutions across areas such as HV, MV and LV systems, grid connections, standby generation, cooling systems, thermal modelling and low energy mechanical design. 

• Helping clients respond to the broader challenges shaping digital infrastructure, including energy, water, sustainability, economics and long-term resilience. 

What would you bring to the team?

• Senior technical experience in data centres, mission critical infrastructure, energy systems, engineering design, commissioning, architecture, project leadership or a related discipline. 

• Strong technical capability, combined with commercial awareness, leadership and curiosity. 

• Confidence working with clients, influencing teams and contributing to the growth of new markets and capabilities. 

• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across disciplines, geographies and global project teams. 

• An interest in helping shape the future of digital infrastructure through technically robust, sustainable and commercially practical solutions.
