EOI - Registrar

We’re looking for a professional and personable Registrar to lead our student enrolment journey with warmth, precision, and strategy. As the first point of contact for prospective families, the Registrar plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality, values-driven service that puts students and families at the heart of everything we do.

In this dynamic role, you’ll:

• Drive and maintain our enrolment strategy alongside College leaders


• Manage all aspects of student enrolments, enquiries, and transitions


• Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and key enrolment events


• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations


• Provide key enrolment data and insights to support strategic planning

You’ll bring strong administrative and organisational skills, a genuine passion for people, and the ability to represent Cardijn College with professionalism and care at every touchpoint.
