ER Manager

We have an exciting 9 month contract available for a committed and passionate Employee Relations Manager. This well-known brand will give you the opportunity to work as part of a professional and innovative team within an inspiring environment. 

THE ROLE
Based at the head office, the remit of this role includes providing day-to-day employee relations advice and a number of ER cases, You will get the opportunity to coach and guide other team members as well as work closely with senior leaders to to be competent in leading on some less sensitive cases. 
 
THE CRITERIA
You will have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation as well as excellent skills in influencing to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Ideally you will gave strong knowledge and experience on leading injury management cases.
