This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to step into a true People & Culture Business Partner role with an employee relations focus. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing practical coaching and support on a broad range of people matters, while also supporting with guidance on ER issues as they arise. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, and has had exposure to employee relations in a complex environment.

Healius has an expansive network of over 80 medical laboratories and 2000 patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. We provide 1 in every 3 pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals, to small Indigenous Australian communities. What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will partner with leaders to deliver practical People & Culture support across the employee lifecycle, helping to build leadership capability, drive engagement and support business performance. Alongside your broader HRBP responsibilities, you will also provide high-level support on employee relations matters, helping leaders navigate issues confidently, consistently and in line with legislation, policies and Healius values.
