The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrator to support our ERP implementation project. This role involves working closely with the company owner, who has extensive experience with ERP implementations for ASX and NYSE multinationals. You will be a key player in gathering and entering data, setting up suppliers, customers, products, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various HDC team members to identify and gather required information.
• Assist in setting up and configuring the new ERP system, including suppliers, customers, products, and manufacturing inputs.
• Document processes and data accurately and comprehensively.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support the ERP implementation.
• Work closely with the owner to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Training of other employees once system has been implemented.

About You:

• A motivated self-starter with a curious nature and the confidence to ask questions.
• Ability to work autonomously and identify efficiencies and better ways to do things.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is a big bonus.
• Experience in process mapping a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
