About the role:

The successful candidate will be efficient, adaptable, and confident handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and working with CAD/PDF drawings. You’ll also bring knowledge of profile cutting and plasma/laser capabilities to analyse documentation and ensure customer specifications are met.

What you will be responsible for:

• Answering phones
• Providing quotes from drawings (CAD/PDF)
• Drafting of parts
• Programming/nesting
• Entering customer orders
• Managing customer enquiries
• Searching for and supplying customer Test Certificates

• Professional phone manner
• Strong Attention to detail
• Estimating and/or Drafting experience. (Sigmanest/Autocad)
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Good conflict resolution/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proactive attitude
