Estimator - Hard Services/Construction/Fit-out Projects

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

• Prepare accurate tenders for multi-discipline commercial projects, M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
• Estimate project quantities and costs and identify discrepancies in the tender schedule.
• Provide technical inputs to ensure the timely completion of estimates.
• Assist with proposed traffic staging, construction methodologies and programme for non-price criteria.
• Carry out site inspections, attend client briefings and maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors & Suppliers. 
• Assist Project Managers in the financial administration of contracts.

The Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, building and construction or similar related qualifications.
• Experience using Expert Estimation.
• Demonstrated history of delivering winning tenders.
• Current C-Class Driver’s License.
