Atom Resources have partnered with a Brisbane based builder specializing in fitout, refurbishment, and construction projects up to $20 million. With a diverse portfolio spanning the commercial and industrial sectors, this company provides an opportunity to gain knowledge across multiple areas of construction. As they are going through a growth period, they are now looking for a Junior - Intermediate level Estimator to join the team. 

Your New Role:

As a Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the project team, using your expertise to accurately assess costs and provide comprehensive estimates for upcoming projects. You will work closely with an experienced team, you will analyze project requirements, conduct site visits, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure precise estimations. You will require attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate cost assessments as it will contribute directly to the success of projects. 

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably within the commercial sector across both build and fitout
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
• A proactive and organized approach to work
