Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a tier 2 commercial construction group with over 30 years of exceptional delivery within the WA market. With a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects ranging from $5m-50m, they specialise in a broad range of sectors including commercial, industrial, health, education and civil projects. They are currently looking for an Estimator to join their pre-contracts team on a permanent full-time capacity.

Your Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, ideally having tendered on projects valued at $20M+
• Must have experience working with a main contractor, tendering on commercial building projects
• Excellent relationships with the local subcontractors and supply chain
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
