We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic Technology Operations team. As a team member, you will play a pivotal role in working with our business and helping to support and provide engineering services to the digital platform. About the Opportunity
The EUC Engineer will play a key role in engineering, managing, and optimising VicRoads’ end‑user computing environment. This includes modern device management, application packaging, patching, security uplift, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee technology experience.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the design, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of our EUC and Audio Visual (AV) environment. You’ll lead application packaging and scripting, deliver OS upgrades and device lifecycle management, and champion modern management and self‑service practices.
You will proactively monitor performance, identify automation opportunities, and ensure devices and applications meet security and compliance requirements. As a Level 3 specialist, you’ll troubleshoot complex EUC/AV issues in collaboration with the Workplace Technology team and external partners.
You’ll also contribute to high‑quality documentation, such as SOPs, as‑built artefacts, and knowledge articles, and work closely with project teams to deliver the EUC/AV components of major enterprise initiatives.
About you
You are an experienced EUC Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering a seamless and secure employee technology experience.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
3-5 years experience in EUC engineering supporting Windows, macOS, and Android environments
Strong hands‑on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Windows security, and patch management
Experience with scripting/automation (eg. Powershell)
you bring deep expertise in modern endpoint management and a drive to continually improve how end‑user services are delivered.
Familiarity with ITL and ServiceNow
