EUC Engineer (Software)

THE ROLE

The EUC Engineer (software) is responsible for maintaining and supporting the SOE and Endpoint tools (SSCM and Intune) for 1000+ Australian users.

You'll keep employees' devices, systems and applications running smoothly across the business, including resolving escalated issues from the helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new devices within the Standard operating environment (Windows).
• Deliver modern endpoint deployment and management capabilities using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Package and deploy new software for end users.
• Implement regular patching and updates for endpoints.
• Resolve system issues escalated from the Help desk.

YOUR PROFILE

Ideal for an end user computing specialist competent with Intune and SCCM to maintain the firms standard operating environment.

Suited to a humble and team-oriented individual, looking to join an established environment and specialize in endpoint management tools.

The following is required:

• 5 days a week in office (based in Liverpool).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint technologies (SCCM and Intune).
• Experience managing users, computers and policies through (Active directory, group policy, WSUS etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Clear communicator, able to speak with non-technical staff and resolve issues under pressure.
• Motivation to learn PowerShell scripting for automation.

This is a full-time role located in Liverpool (on-site), offering $100,000 - $110,000 (plus super).
