Job Description - EUC Field Support

End User Computing (EUC) - Field Support Engineer Your new company
Join a large enterprise environment where you'll be the go-to onsite expert for all things end-user technology. You'll work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to keep devices, systems, and collaboration tools running smoothly.

Your new role
You'll provide hands-on, onsite EUC/desktop support across hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting room tech. This is a practical, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and keeping technology moving.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Providing IMACD services (installs, moves, changes, de-installs)
  • Supporting meeting room AV and collaboration equipment
  • Handling incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Deploying and imaging systems (Windows/Mac), application installs
  • Managing assets and coordinating with OEMs for repairs
  • Updating knowledge articles, documenting fixes, and improving processes
  • Working with other infrastructure teams to resolve escalations
  • (Optional if relevant) Leading a small team of 4-5 EUC engineers
What you'll need to succeed
  • 3+ years' experience in EUC/Desktop/Field Support
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows OS, devices, and peripherals
  • Experience with Intune and/or SCCM for endpoint management
  • Active Directory and Group Policy experience
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Ability to support iOS/Android devices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced enterprise environment
