We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Event Coordinator to join our marketing team in Australia and lead the delivery of engaging, high-impact events from concept through to execution.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end planning process, bringing ideas to life, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating logistics, and overseeing on-site delivery. You’ll ensure every detail is covered and that each event runs smoothly, aligns with business objectives, and delivers meaningful outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end planning including scheduling, logistics, catering, AV Services and guest management for a diverse range of events.
• Review and monitor event budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high-quality execution. 
• Manage venue selection, negotiate with vendors and partners, coordinate catering, oversee AV setup, arrange travel, and address technical requirements.
• Oversee on-site event execution, handling logistics, resolving issues to ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, financial reconciliation, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements in future events.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales and leadership to align event objectives with company goals.

What you'll bring: 

• Experience in event coordination, including managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong project coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multiple teams and departments, clients, vendors and partners
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges as they arise.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising event budgets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot advantageous.
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular business hours and travel when required.
