Event Lead / Event Co-ordinator

We’re a Photo-Booth company based in Adelaide that is expanding into Melbourne and we're looking for an ambitious event lead with experience in event set ups and staff training to help us build our Victorian team.

We’ve played key roles in huge national event activations such as the McDonald’s Kick2Kick Captain’s Cards during The Gather Round and the FIFA WWC All Stars in 2023. Other cool brands we’ve worked with include Mecca, Nine Network, Network 10, KISS FM, Myer Centre etc etc

Our work is called Experiential Marketing - and essentially, we use photo-booths and amazing staff to help brands connect with their users in the most fun and engaging way. Think promotional staff + insane technology. With machines like the 360Booth (yes, the ones you’ve seen on Instagram!), GifBooth, Roaming Branded Camera etc we have an array of tools (toys) that capture people having the best time ever.

If you're someone with event leadership experience or someone who is a quick learner with leadership qualities, super attracted to the idea of having fun working on exciting events - as well as being a part of our journey to expand into this beautiful city, this might be your calling.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and transport photo-booth equipment from our Abbotsford Storage facility to events mostly located in the CBD.
• Coordinate and execute photo booth setups for various events, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our clients.
• Capture and create memorable moments for our clients.
• Interact with clients and event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies and manage our storage facility to ensure smooth operations.

Advanced Responsibilities:

• Train and manage event staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Operate and maintain photo booth equipment during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Capture, produce and film reels/photos for social media posts.
• Collaborate with a nationwide team to coordinate events and manage staff.

Qualifications:

• Extremely flexible availability is paramount
• Ability to lead and problem solve independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Reliable access to a car to transport compact equipment to site.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service.
• A passion for events and creating memorable experiences.
• An eye for detail
• Have an active ABN
