We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join and lead the Events & Conferences Team within Crown Perth. In this full time role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Lead the Events and Conferences team for our events held at Crown Perth 
• Seamless delivery of service to ensure event success 
• Deliver excellent customer service and experiences 
• Manage logistics and cost of this business unit

• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience within a high-volume event operation
• The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility on working hours

Preferred Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar position
