The Role – Customer Service, Community & Events Coordinator As the Customer Service, Community & Events Coordinator, you will foster a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents. This is a dual role in which you will also be responsible for overseeing the student events program, facilitating opportunities for students to meet and socialise at social events and activities. A background in reception, property administration or events management will provide you with the essential skillset needed for this role – this will include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills and excellent organisational skills. Snapshot:

  • Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience,
  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing
  • Coordinating all on-site events and activities (including event planning, food preparation and promotional activities)
  • Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and
  • Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
  • Complete the check in and check out process for student residents, new and departing
  • Assist with leasing and ongoing property management of units as required

Our mandatory requirements include:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
