About the role

Join ACMI as an Events and Programs Stage Manager and work with our professional and supportive teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This casual role is the central communication point for live events and delivers effective on-ground event management. Collaborating with event stakeholders this is a vital role to ensure the successful delivery of quality events and public programs for ACMI.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Stage or event management experience delivering public / corporate / festival programs and events to engage audiences within a cultural organisation or similar. Experience in a festival, fast paced production environment is ideal.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Relationship building skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills plus the ability to prioritise activities and meet competing demands.
• Strong systematic decision-making capability with the ability to work as a collaborative team player and also work independently when required.

• This Grade 3 role is offered on a casual basis with an hourly rate of $47.02 (includes casual loading) plus relevant penalties. Most shifts are scheduled for evenings and weekends.
