The Role:

As the executive chef, you will be overseeing the entire kitchen operations across approachable fine dining 60 seater, bar bites, cafe, breakfast and room service. With a focus on the being the best hotel in town, our client realises that the food offering must be on point to achieve this. We are seeking an established and creative chef that will be able to build the reputation of the cuisine, as well as the culture of the venue.

What we Seek Includes:

* Previous Experience in a multi outlet, diverse venue in an executive/ head chef capacity
* Abilities to work to and achieve budgets in a multi outlet setting
* Are a creative individual that is current and on trend and will bring a passion and are able to think outside the box
* Have a great mentor management style. This role is about building culture and long term employees
* Full knowledge of all kitchen operations, safe food handling, HACCP, etc
* Are very organised and able to work on several projects and offerings simultaneously
* Able to work to and achieve budgets and targets without compromise to the end product
* Want to be part of a project that will be cutting edge in the area and build a name for both the Venue and Yourself
