The role
An opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Services team for an Executive Administrator. This is a full-time role and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Administrator will play a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, providing high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team while driving the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by supporting structure, momentum and exceptional coordination.
In this diverse and hands-on role, you will keep senior leaders organised and well prepared by managing diaries, meetings, briefings, travel and correspondence, while also coordinating key meetings for Board and Committees. You will help drive operational excellence through strong recordkeeping, dashboards, reporting support, streamlined procedures, and the effective management of office administration and finance tasks, including purchase orders and reconciliations.
