The Opportunity An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader with a busy and evolving portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you'll act as a true right-hand, helping to manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure both internal and client-facing matters are handled efficiently. You'll be working within a collaborative environment, alongside a broader administration team, with scope to expand your responsibilities over time.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a high-volume inbox, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups
Coordinating meetings and maintaining an organised, prioritised workflow
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Supporting billing processes, including WIP management and invoice coordination
Assisting with timesheet preparation and ensuring accuracy ahead of review
Monitoring deadlines and managing compliance-related workflows
Coordinating tasks across internal teams to keep work progressing smoothly
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
About You
Extensive experience in an EA role, ideally within a professional or corporate setting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Sound judgement and the ability to work proactively without constant direction
A calm and adaptable approach under pressure
Strong systems skills and confidence learning new tools
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented, a strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
Comfortable taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion, resilient, with a positive attitude
