The Role
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Category & RGM Director, Integrated Business Planning Director and Strategy Director. In this role you will support three executive leaders through an exciting period, creating an environment which enables them and their teams to succeed. 

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, working 4 days per week.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Provide proactive support to the Directors, helping them stay organised, focused and set up for success


• Manage complex diaries, competing priorities and meeting schedules, including coordination across multiple stakeholders and, at times, different time zones


• Plan and coordinate meetings, including agendas, pre-reading, rooms, technology, actions and follow-ups to ensure leaders are well prepared


• Manage domestic and international travel, expenses, purchase orders and invoice processing in line with LION policies


• Draft and coordinate communications, documents and presentations on behalf of leaders as required


• Support team rhythms and activities, including offsites, conferences, team events, onboarding and key people processes where required


• Maintain team tools and channels, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites and email distribution lists


• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant community and Workplace Services to support the smooth running of the portfolio and office environment 

About You
We’re open to experienced Executive Assistants as well as high-performing Team Coordinators or Administrators ready to take the next step into an EA role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
