We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to provide trusted, executive‑level support to our Executive General Managers. Based in our North Ryde or Brisbane office, this role is critical to the effective operation of the executive leadership function.

This is a senior EA appointment requiring discretion, judgement and confidence at the highest levels. You will operate as a strategic business partner—anticipating priorities, enabling executive effectiveness, and ensuring seamless coordination across complex, high‑stakes stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver trusted, confidential support to Executive General Managers
• Partner closely with executives to anticipate priorities and enhance effectiveness
• Manage complex, fast‑moving schedules and executive engagements
• Coordinate high‑level leadership, governance and client forums
• Prepare and quality‑assure executive‑level papers, reports and presentations
• Act as a senior stakeholder liaison, managing sensitive matters with discretion

About You

You are a career Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting executives at EGM or equivalent level. You bring gravitas, professionalism and commercial awareness, and are recognised for adding value well beyond traditional administrative support.]

• 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organisations

• Exceptional judgement, discretion and executive presence   

• Advanced organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities and a proactive and solutions focused mindset

• The confidence and credibility to manage upwards and engage with senior stakeholders
