ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our General Manager (SSE) at our Ironbark Underground Operation. This role will see you responsible for providing trusted and high-level support to both the General Manager (SSE) and the senior leadership team on site. You’ll play a key role in coordinating priorities, meetings, communications, reporting and site activities in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrator.
• Experience with mine record entries (desirable).
• Strong experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced mining or heavy industry environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in mining, resources, heavy industry or a similar environment is desirable.
• Strong general administration skills, with the flexibility to support broader site requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Safety-focused, professional and committed to continuous improvement.
• A team player who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes and support the wider team.
