About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director of a well known Property and Land Developer in Perth CBD.
Key accountabilities: • Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Responsible for the proactive management of the MD's diary and email.
• Manage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetings.
• Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees.
• Support Board activities including collating Board meetings, papers and presentations.
• Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts.
• Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence for MD.
• Supporting the functions of the business where required (HR, Admin etc)
About You - Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Sound business judgement, high professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
