Executive Assistant

Due to an internal promotion, our client based in Holbrook, is currently looking for a permanent, Executive Assistant to join their team, on a full time basis. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive administration assistance to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality secretarial services to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting and workshop management, record-keeping, correspondence and general typing
• Manage calendars and schedules to ensure that the General Manager has all required information.
• Assist and oversee the development, collation and delivery of key executive level documents and reports
• Filing systems – ensure accurate records management procedures are followed
• Prepare, proof and organise placement of advertisements for newspapers
• Attend meetings, prepare and produce minutes therefrom.
