Your new opportunity

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join us, providing support to the team Partner, our Client Managers and our accountants in our Sydney office. 

This full-time role will see you providing executive and team administration support, diary and inbox management, including correspondence, answering queries, liaising with clients, and some general administrative tasks. 

You will have high attention to detail and excellent communication skills, working with our broader administration team across our offices.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience working as a Personal or Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel
• Experience in an Accounting firm is advantageous but not essential

We also have similar available positions in our Newcastle office if you are looking to relocate.
