The role is layered in both depth and variety. One day you could be bringing your creative flair to presentations and the next organising diaries and your typical administration duties, all from our waterfront Hobart corporate office, where you will be based.

Our ideal candidate will show the following attributes:
Ideally the successful candidate should have prior experience in an Executive Assistant role or a gun administrator looking to work with an executive team and support business delivery, in a large corporate setting. You will also need to be dynamic, agile, show great detail in your work and have the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions. You should possess business acumen, event planning abilities, excellent organisational skills, maintain a high level of confidentiality and have an inept ability to read between the lines. Proficiency in Office 365 software and presentation skills are required.
