About the organisation

Our client is one of Australia’s leading Construction companies.  Due to continuous expansion they are looking for an experienced EA to assist the Head of Marketing and General Manager in this fast paced, permanent position. 

About the role

• Efficient coordination and management of diary, mail and email
• Call screening
• Contribute to content of meetings, coordinate, ensure agenda is followed, create powerpoint presentation, minute taking
• Updating reports and sending to relevant staff
• Regular feedback and updates given to the GM on all reporting areas of the business
• Coordination of functions, selecting appropriate venues and organising catering
• Travel coordination

About you

• Building industry knowledge is desirable but not imperative
• Natural team player with ability to manage stakeholder relationships 
• Must hold a current driving licence 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Ability to manage staff effectively
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office
• Takes pride in personal presentation

What's in it for you

• Salary of $100k-$110k
• Ideally 5 days in the office as this is a front facing role - some WFH flexibility depending on diaries and events
