Executive Assistant and Property Administrator

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Property Administrator to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will support the operational, financial, and administrative functions of our property portfolio, including oversight of development projects, rental management, and settlements.
 

🧩 Responsibilities

• Coordinate dual occupancy development projects and ensure timelines are met
• Liaise with real estate agents across multiple rental properties
• Assist with loan documentation and liaise with mortgage brokers and bankers
• Manage post-settlement activities, including key handover and rental listings
• Monitor the financial status of property-linked bank accounts
• Provide administrative and personal support to the director/manager

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential
• Background in real estate administration or property development preferred
• Strong multitasking, organisation, and coordination abilities
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Experience handling financial reports and property documents is a plus
