As the Executive Assistant to the Bid Director, you will provide administrative support to allow the Bid Director to focus on strategic initiatives and project oversight. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Certification in Business Administration or related field is highly regarded
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
