What are we looking for?

A rare opportunity has opened within ARG for our next superstar, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual for this exciting Executive Assistant role.  Are you an energetic team player who brings a genuine love for people and property along with impeccable time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail? About the role 

Based at our boutique Fortitude Valley headquarters, you will be working directly alongside some of the industry’s top sales performers. An integral part of their team moving forward, and you will provide high-level administrative support to them across all parts of their daily business.

In addition to assisting the team with growing their business, a few key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of stock reservations/requests with builder and development partners in conjunction with ARG acquisition team.
  • Preparation and presentation of property/project options to key channel partners in conjunction with the acquisition’ team. 
  • Provide contract workflow feedback to selling and development partners (contract signing, key dates, etc).
  • Managing contract milestones with referral partners. I.e., contract signing, finance due, land settlements.
  • Providing contract updates and regular reporting to our network of builders and developers.
  • Liaising with the contracts team for workflow updates and deal flow management.
  • Database management and maintenance ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with communication and administration of key relationships channel partners, finance professionals, solicitors.
  • Preparation and distribution of reports for key channel partners and builder/developer partners.
  • Assistance with prospecting, EDM, lead journey initiatives and other marketing of the team personal brand and product.

About You

A results orientated team player, you will also bring the following skills, experience and behaviours.

  • Previous sales, sales administration and experience in property will be highly regarded.
  • A demonstrated understanding of high-level customer service.
  • Detailed and focused approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised to meet schedules and time frames.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship focused to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • We are effectively a paperless office so an understanding and working knowledge of CRM management (HubSpot), SharePoint, Dropbox and Microsoft Office Suite as well as other real estate platforms would be a benefit.
  • Admin and/or contract experience working with builders or developers will be looked upon favourably.
