We have a rare opportunity to join a fantastic Not-For-Profit organisation based in Brisbane. Supporting an executive, you will be responsible for high level administation working with people at all levels of the organisation to ensure high quality and timely delivery of documents, presentations, reports and projects.

- $48 to $50 per hour + super
- Office based in Milton, Brisbane
Your day to day:
- Extensive diary management and coordination of schedules for multiple Executives, ensuring adequate preparation for meetings with all necessary pre-reading and documentation provided in a timely manner prior to meetings.
- Perform secretariat services to committee, leadership and team meetings by scheduling and compiling agendas, co-ordinating papers and presentations, arranging meeting rooms, taking minutes, and distributing action & risks/issues logs as required.
- Manage all facility matters including arrangements for staff onboarding and/or movements.
- Assist with development and coordination of relevant papers for board, committee, management and team meetings.
- Coordinate and assist with the organisation & management of events and projects as required
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and general financial reporting including creating purchase orders, payments of invoices and credit card & cab charge reconciliations.
About you:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience coordinating complex diaries and events, accounting for varying locations, time-zones, and availability
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office suite / Excel and relevant systems
- Availability to start immediately
