Job Description - Executive Assistant - Innovative Company

About the Role

The role will work closely with the executive team by providing administration support for the efficient management of their  schedules and commitments. 

The main duties will include:  

  • Providing direct support including diary and email management, booking travel and arranging meetings.
  • Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports and coordinate documentation.
  • Compiling agendas, meeting notifications and minutes for meetings.
  • Organizing and coordinating meeting logistics, such as travel, catering and technology.

About You 

You will be confident and an excellent communicator with strong organisation skills. You will work with a high degree of independence and initiative across multiple stakeholders often within tight deadlines.

 In addition, the right candidate for this role will have:  

  • Demonstrated experience in providing executive  admin support 
  • Previous experience in supporting committee meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distribution.
  • High level of communication skills, exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro & SharePoint. 
  • Previous experience working in a member association will be highly regarded.
