About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Intellectual Property group on a permanent basis. This varied role will see you provide dedicated support to two Partners and a team of lawyers across both IP Litigation and Commercial IP matters within a collaborative and high-performing practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Monthly billing, accounts reporting and financial management
  • Assisting with court processes and filings
  • Supporting commercial IP transactions and client work
  • Document and file management across multiple matters
  • Liaising with clients, government bodies and external stakeholders
  • Managing e-filing and other regulatory processes
  • Coordinating travel, including flights and accommodation
  • Providing general administrative and ad hoc support as required

About you

As an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with a legal background, you will bring professionalism, initiative and a strong commitment to supporting a dynamic team.

You will also have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant, ideally within litigation and/or IP
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, energetic and self-motivated approach
