NECA Education & Careers is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and recognised Group Training Organisation (GTO) established in 1992 to service the Electrical Industry and allied Trades. Since then, we have morphed and developed into the largest employer of electrical apprentices in Victoria and we are still the only Electrical centric RTO to have serviced the education for Pre-Apprenticeships, Apprenticeship and Post Apprenticeship studies cross the state.

You will be supporting our CEO and board and will be trusted with complex duties and sensitive information. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and the coordination of our board and meetings, including papers and meeting minutes, along with following up for deadline submission of papers. You will also take on external stakeholder liaison, including meeting organisation and coordination for the CEO and Executive Team members. As a high-level overview, this role involves calendar management, arranging and recording meetings minutes, being the point of contact for the CEO and board, developing and formatting reports and presentations, and liaising with our Board of Directors and Executive Team members on all things corporate governance.
The role is diverse, and no two days are the same. Problem solving and multitasking is paramount to ensure the CEO is fully supported.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is required. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is what makes your teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills your notable strengths. Having exposure and being comfortable with conflicting priorities comes second nature to you and time management and organisational skills are a part of your everyday.
