Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to join a high-performing and forward-thinking professional services firm?
We are partnering with a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm based in South Melbourne to recruit an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive operational excellence across the business.

The Opportunity As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
This role would suit a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to Partners and senior leaders.
Manage complex calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and client communications.
Organise travel arrangements, events and team functions.
Assist with project coordination and business administration activities.
Maintain confidential records, documents and filing systems.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Support the wider team with operational and administrative requirements.
About You
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
Experience within professional services, accounting, legal or consulting environments will be highly regarded.
