Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and payroll using XERO software (Fortnightly for 9 staff)
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
Maintain a well-organised office environment
Greet and assist corporate clients visiting the office
Support networking activities as required
Requirements:
Proficiency in XERO accounting software
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
Previous administrative experience preferred
