We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the national Managing Director of an esteemed financial services provider. In this role you will not only manage administration tasks but also contribute to the seamless operation and success of our client’s organisation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, calls, and deadlines.
- Ensure the inbox is organised and efficient, managing emails and appointments to optimise productivity
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare agendas and briefing materials for meetings & follow ups
- Draft and edit correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain comprehensive files and records, both physical and digital, for easy access
- Manage client relationships for the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings and communication.
- Coordinate with external parties like investors, partners, or vendors.
What You Offer: - 5+ years of experience providing exceptional administrative support to senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks.
- Your positive and engaging demeanour creates a collaborative and motivating work atmosphere.
- This role requires someone who excels at working effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions over phone and email.
- Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
