As Executive Assistant to the 2IC, you’ll truly get to look into the window of the soul of the business, being privy to a lot of confidential information.
You'll be conducting Diary Management, Travel Arrangements, Calendar Management, HR Coordination, Payroll, Marketing Coordination and other ad-hoc admin duties.
As gatekeeper to their time, you will be able to prioritise matters and will know when problems need to be escalated.

You have the ability to build rapport with almost everybody, from employees to directors, stakeholders and clients, your communication skills are second to none!
Having solid experience within a previous EA/ PA or Senior Administrative role is desirable, however if you're currently working in HR and looking for a change, we’d love to chat!
Oh and you’re also computer savvy.
And by that, we mean you know your way around Microsoft Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
