St Luke’s Care are looking for someone who is passionate about food, how it tastes, how it’s presented and someone who can bring the wow factor to a 5 star dining experience.
St Luke’s Care is a premium health provider in Pott’s Point Sydney that provides ding experiences to residential aged care and hospital patients. There is also a café on-site, along with several events a year that are required to be catered for.
If you are someone who understands what 5 star dining experience is, has experience managing teams of chef’s, kitchen hands and servery staff and is genuinely interested in food and people, then St Luke’s Care would love to hear from you.
Role:
This position is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage business unit at St Luke’s Care. The role, includes audits and accreditation, P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, business unit reporting, compliance, excellence in customer service and product, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, recruitment & retention within unit, training and management of employee life cycle. Original recipe creation and costing.
This role will be working closely with two business unit directors in Lulworth House (Residential Aged Care) and the Private Hospital
