This is not an office role, but more of a creative undertaking that will see you across the venues multiple outlets on a daily basis, driving the team and focusing on consistency.Skills we Seek Include: Creative skills across all aspects of the industry, from Cafe to A la Cart and pax functionsIdeally you come from a high profile restaurant group and/or 5 Star Hotel environmentHave managed teams up to 40 across multiple outlets in a multi million dollar food and beverage departmentAre able to build a strong team of passionate chefs that are focused on quality and consistency on every plateStrong financial and business acumen with the ability to meet and exceed budgets and cogs across the outletsMust have full knowledge of all kitchen operations, safe food, WHS and HACCP in a multi outlet settingA management style that builds respect in the team and are able foster an environment of professionalism This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and food driven chef to join a larger hospitality group.
