Due to an internal promotion, our clients have a unique opportunity for an Executive to join their Commercial / Industrial Sales team in Brisbane CBD . This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and confident Sales professional eager to advance their career in Corporate Real Estate, or for an experienced Property Sales Agent seeking a new challenge. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both local and national real estate markets.
- Provide prospective clients with reliable and precise guidance on property trends and movements.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to market and sell commercial properties.
- Execute all tasks related to real estate listings and sales efficiently, promptly, and with professionalism.
- Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts, prepare sales contracts, and handle associated correspondence.
- Assist in property inspections, auctions, and follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of agreements by clients and the Head of Division.
- Align with corporate marketing strategies and contribute to their implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends and relevant legislation to enhance knowledge and compliance.
- Leverage opportunities for positive public relations on behalf of the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling submissions and presentations.
