Executive Director Residential Services

• Resident-Centred Care: Ensure services meet the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
  


• Leadership & Culture: Inspire and empower Clinical Care Managers and their teams, fostering accountability and a positive workplace culture.
  


• Performance & Compliance: Oversee quality standards, clinical governance, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  


• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations across both facilities, including the Memory Support Unit.
  


• Financial & Resource Management: Lead budget planning, contract oversight, and efficient resource allocation.
  


• Safety & Wellbeing: Promote a culture of safety for staff, residents, volunteers, and visitors.
  


• Innovation & Growth: Champion reform, explore new models of care, and identify alternative revenue streams.
  


• Strategic Expansion: Lead due diligence, integration planning, and operational alignment for future acquisitions.
  

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification (AHPRA) – mandatory
  


• Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or related field – desirable
  


• Proven senior leadership experience in residential aged care, ideally across multiple sites
  


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial performance and exceptional care outcomes
  


• In-depth knowledge of aged care funding models, policy, accreditation, and compliance
  


• Demonstrated success in operational planning, HR, financial management, and clinical governance
  


• Skilled in leading, coaching, and mentoring diverse, multi-skilled teams
  


• Track record in quality improvement initiatives and achieving accreditation outcomes
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  


• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities
  


• Current Victorian driver’s licence and valid NDIS Screening Check
