This is a rare opportunity to own the full spectrum of executive leadership—activating strategy, designing innovative leadership experiences, delivering flagship programs and governing outcomes at an enterprise level. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to translate workforce strategy into data-driven capability solutions, strengthening leadership pipelines and accelerating top talent. From executive summits to targeted development initiatives, you’ll bring to life a cohesive leadership agenda that enables a future-ready, skills-based organisation. This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

What You'll Do 

• Lead the design and execution of the enterprise Executive Leadership and capability plan aligned to People strategy 


• Design and deliver executive leadership programs, events and large-scale summits for senior cohorts 


• Translate workforce strategy into scalable leadership, talent and learning solutions 


• Partner with executives and , internal and externalstakeholders to drive data-informed talent and development decisions 


• Establish governance, risk and vendor management frameworks across leadership initiatives 


• Drive measurement and evaluation to demonstrate program impact and ROI 


• Influence enterprise leadership capability priorities and workforce planning decisions 

What You'll Bring 

• Proven experience delivering executive leadership development or organisational development programs 


• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical delivery 


• Demonstrated expertise in leadership capability, talent development or workforce strategy 


• Experience managing complex programs, governance and stakeholder engagement at senior levels 


• Strong commercial acumen and enterprise mindset 


• Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes 


• Experience working with external partners/vendors to deliver high-impact solutions
