As Executive Manager, you will set the strategic direction for Regional Business Banking across Central & Greater West NSW. You'll drive sustainable growth, deepen community and client partnerships, and strengthen CommBank's reputation as a trusted financial partner supporting the long-term prosperity of the region.

Your Team and Purpose

Our Regional Business Banking team is deeply committed to backing the ambitions of regional Australian businesses - helping customers navigate complexity, seize opportunity and build for the future.

You will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team with a strong track record of delivering outcomes across the Commercial Banking Portfolio for businesses that turnover between $3m and $150m covering key industries such as Property, Health,Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Transport andDistribution. As a senior leader, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability and customer-centricity, enabling your team to deliver tailored financial solutions that support sustainable growth across communities throughout Central & Greater West NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Regional Banking in Central & Greater West NSW
• Champion a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring and capability uplift
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in a dynamic and evolving commercial landscape
• Build and sustain deep, trusted client relationships with key regional businesses
• Originate, structure and negotiate complex financial solutions with strong credit and risk discipline
• Act as a senior ambassador for CommBank, strengthening our brand, influence and community presence across the region

About You

You are a seasoned banking leader with a strong connection to regional Australia and a proven ability to lead at scale. You bring:

• Deep expertise in business banking, credit and risk
• Demonstrated experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
• A collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to lead change and innovation
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Commerce (highly regarded)
• Outstanding communication, influence and relationship-building skills
